Responsible for Obtaining and/or Maintaining Business Continuity Management System Accreditation
as a regional technical manager. |

Promote Business Continuity Management System Certification Program within the company as well as to existing and/or potential clientele |

Conduct BC-awareness presentations and trainings, as needed |
| - |
Serve as primary point of contact for Global BCM manager who is based at the USA location |

Serve as in-house expert for BS25999 and other BC-related Japanese and International Standards |

Assist existing and/or potential clientele with all types of BC-related matters |
| - |
Assist salespersons with BC presentations, as needed, particularly BS25999 and related Japanese and International standards |

Review and approval of BC-related quotes and contracts. |

Evaluate and qualify BC auditors |

Maintain continuous development program for BC auditors and technical staff involved in the program |

Conduct BC training for salespeople, as needed |
| - |
Liaise to Auditors, Executive Committee, offices and countries, especially Japan and USA regarding BC matters |

Answer technical questions from auditors, including follow-up, tracking and identifying training opportunities |

Create agenda for Japanese BC training seminars |
| - |
Provide technical guidance on important BC-related issues such as re-visit requirements, combined audits and other issues |

Assure BC client and BC auditor needs are met |
| - |
Assist the AM to assure that the company conforms to stated operational criteria; especially those associated with maintenance of the company's various BC-related present/future accreditations |

Reviewing, distributing, and implementing, as applicable, changing standards requirements and other accrediting bodies requirements to auditors |

Maintain and create Job Descriptions for direct reports |
| - |
Create, review and update, as necessary, all the company's BC-related training materials (excluding Sales) |

Quarterly reporting of BC statistics |
